Terms & Conditions Of Business – Outstanding Results Ltd.

1. Outstanding Results Ltd operate a no collection no fee policy.

2. Once we are instructed to act for you, all monies recovered are liable to be invoiced by us at the agreed rate. If at any time a claim is withdrawn for whatever reason then you will be invoiced for the full commission.

3. Should we discover that through our efforts a claim has been previously paid in full or part, then ½ the agreed upon rate of commission will be charged. Similarly, should any of the merchandise be returned then ½ of the agreed upon commission will be charged.

4. We ask the debtor to make all payments payable to you but forward them to our office, this ensures that we are always aware of the situation and prevents us from chasing a debtor who has already paid.

5. Should a debtor pay you directly we ask that we are informed immediately to prevent embarrassment to our business or yours.

6. You will be kept informed of our progress as and when we have anything to report. Should the debtor contact you directly for any reason we expect a no contact policy. Do not enter into any communication, discussions or negotiations but contact us immediately.

7. Should any additional investigations be necessary in order to trace a debtor then all costs will be discussed with you prior to any work being undertaken.

8. Every effort is made by Outstanding Results Ltd to recover all outstanding monies owed, however no guarantees are made by us that money will be recovered.

9. All invoices are due to be paid within 7 working days. Unsettled invoices may be subject to additional charges.

10. No decision in regards to staged payments will be taken by us without discussing the issue with you first.

11. Should a cheque made payable to you not clear, we ask that you contact us in writing to inform us of such a situation, to allow us to contact the debtor and arrange alternative payment.

12. This is a binding contract between Outstanding Results Ltd and client, by signing this contract you hereby agree to all the points stated above.
