Outstanding Results Ltd have now set up a network of trustworthy and highly regarded agents operating across Europe, we liaise with agents in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and throughout the European Union and use their specialist services to deal with these cases on our behalf.

This makes debt recovery easier as they are in a position to visit the debtors and it takes away the issue of a language barrier.

All cases are passed to the respective agents on the same day as we receive them and are charged at 25% on all successful collection. This is still done under a no trace no fee basis.

Additional services such as tracing and Process serving as well as legal action can all be carried out across Europe, prices do vary however we are happy to quote you on the cost of these services prior to starting any action.

As well as covering Europe we are also able to pass cases to agents we have based further a field in countries such as the USA, Australia, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Nigeria, India and the Middle East.

All the agents we use are recognised members of their relevant governing bodies and are hand picked for their excellent results and high success rates. In most instances we have two or even three different agents in all larger countries.

Wherever possible all work is still carried out on a no collection no fee basis with a 25% charge on all successful recoveries. However a number of agents operating in more obscure countries do charge an initial set up fee to take on a case and visits to the debtor are often charged at an hourly rate.
