Credit checking is now an important
part of business, before going into business with anyone it is
important to know as much as possible about the company. Credit risk
assessments are a common tool used to assess your company by future
customers or suppliers.
Typically a company is scored with
a percentage chance of failure within one year and the risk level of
dealing with such a situation. If you are tendering for projects

Creditors are often faced with the
problem of trying to locate a debtor before they are able to chase
them for overdue payments. We are able to offer a no trace no fee
tracing facility at the cost of £75.00 plus VAT if successful. These
searches are done by our tracing by making telephone and doorstep
enquiries from the last known address that you have for your debtor.
Tracing a debtor to a specific address is essential if you wish to
serve legal documents on them or just write to them to discuss their
intentions. Worldwide tracing is also carried out under the same terms
with a fee of £150.00 if successful. The more information that you
have on the debtor the easier it is to locate him/her. All of our
investigations are conducted and follow the UK and European guidelines
set out by the Data Protection Legislation.

service of Process Serving. This is a very effective and important
legal procedure necessary to make the debtor aware of your intentions.
As it is a delicate and very sensitive matter we understand then need
for this to be done in a discreet and Professional manner without
causing distress. We would arrange to visit the debtor at the correct
address, discuss the matter with them at length and serve the
necessary documentation. This approach carries with it an excellent

Some debtors abscond abroad making
tracing far more difficult, in circumstances like this many clients
wish to hire the services of a private investigator to trace, track
and locate the debtor to a new address or company no matter where they
might be in the world. A private Investigator will be able to compile
a report for the client outlining where the debtor is, and what
his/her business or employment position is, giving you an indication
of the chance or recovering the money that you are owed. Cases such as
these are carried out by Professional Investigators all over the

In some instances once a debtor has
been traced it is necessary to visit the address to ascertain their
intentions towards repaying the debt. These services are carried out
by our agents who are experienced in dealing with uncooperative and
often evasive debtors. Our agents will then make an appointment to
discuss the situation with the debtor and come to acceptable repayment
proposals using income and expenditure forms and proof of each
subject’s financial position, to clarify that the facts we are given
are in fact truthful and honest.
